Claire is a former healthcare operations leader for Ernst & Young and Deloitte. She is a negotiations
specialist and national trainer. She is passionate about brain health and growing
people. Claire is a cognitive trainer focused in neuro-psycholinguistics. She holds
a bachelor's from Wake Forest, master's from UNC-Chapel Hill, and MBA from UCF.

Laura Howard
Laura is an operations leader with extensive product development, systems integration, and client service
experience in small boutique to large corporate environments, including start-ups as well as Big Four consulting with Ernst & Young and Deloitte.
She designed and managed the delivery of multi-million dollar healthcare IT solutions and integration services.
She is a certified facilitation leader with a passion for driving innovation across teams. Laura holds a bachelor's
degree from the University of Virginia.
